When: Thursday at 8 a.m.
What: The California Coastal Commission is looking at what steps they can take to ensure the safety of California’s coast and residents in the face of fracking occurring within coastal waters. At their August meeting, they committed to investigating fracking, looking at what options they have to do something about it. Please show up at this meeting and speak during public comment thanking them for taking a strong stance on fracking, and encouraging them to take swift action to ensure the safety of California’s coast and residents. Can you join us in Eureka on Thursday?
