Sending greetings and words of solidarity to prisoners locked away from loved ones. Cards and stamps will be provided. Cards have been specially made by the Prisoner Hunger Strike Solidarity Coalition and Human Rights Pen Pal Program.

We’ll send cards:
to political prisoners all over the U.S.,
to prisoners in solitary confinement in Missouri who recently began a hunger strike for human rights,
and to prisoners entombed in Pelican Bay (who inspired the Missouri prisoners) who are participants and organizers of the movement to end long-term solitary confinement and the largest hunger strike in prison history.

This card-sending is in conjunction with a simultaneous event in Oakland where cards will be sent to hundreds of California prisoners in solitary confinement.

Later, in the evening of Dec 7th, we will be at Arts Alive in Eureka with information about the movement to end long term solitary confinement and more cards to send off! Come to our table at the DIY Community Resource Center @ the Ink Annex (47 B W 3rd Street) Eureka
